Shipping Information

\***METHODS***\
We will ship anywhere in the world using the lovely US postal service. We ship USPS first class for our keychains which takes 2-5 days domestically and 5-21 days internationally to get to its final destination. All mugs are shipped via USPS priority mail and will take 2-3 days domestically to reach you. All domestic packages come with delivery confirmation. When your package is mailed out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. International packages do not come with tracking information unless it is requested and purchased before shipment as it is an additional charge.

NOTE: We send your package to your etsy address!

\***MISSING ORDERS***\
It doesn't happen often but once or twice a year a package goes missing. Please contact us if your package doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time. Once the suggested USPS time frame has passed (14 days for the US & 28 days for international) either a refund or a new package will be sent out (at our discretion).

If a package goes missing or is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, we will refund the mug purchase price but not the shipping cost.

If a package is showing as delivered by USPS then we will not reship or refund the package unless insurance was purchased prior to shipping.


\***TIMELINE***\
 All keychains and mugs are packaged with love and put in the post within three to five business days. Jewelry can take up to ten business days to mail. Please let us know if you would like for us to include a small card for the recipient.

\***INSURANCE***\
If you would like insurance, please contact us regarding pricing. This is not included in the regular shipping fee.

\***CUSTOMS***\
All non-US customers please note that all duties , taxes & customs fees assessed by your friendly customs agent are not our responsibility. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad that your country deems applicable.

Refunds & Exchanges

\***RETURNS***\
Having our customers thrilled with their purchase is our number one goal. If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us to discuss the situation within three days of receipt. We am more than willing to return/exchange the item in it is unused and in it’s original condition. When refunds are issued, they are minus the S&H cost.

\***REPAIRS***\
If something arrives to you broken, send us a photo of the broken item and we are happy to send out a replacement asap at no cost to you.  If something breaks suddenly, simple repairs and replacements can be made easily, but you will need to pay shipping to return the item to us and we will pay shipping to return it to you after any repairs. Please contact us before sending me back an item, so we can keep our eyes peeled for it.

\***CUSTOM ORDERS***\
Please know that there are no returns on custom orders. We try our hardest to make sure you know exactly what you are getting beforehand, so we expect that you are happy upon receipt of item. If there is an error on our part though, we will do our best to make it right with you.
